Carriage Charges
We will use our best endeavours to dispatch your Items
within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will send you
an email to confirm that your order has been received and
whether or not it has been accepted. If a Sunday or public
holiday falls within the 48 hour period from the point of
your order then your order will take longer. If there is
a problem with fulfilling your order we will endeavour to
inform you promptly.

Prices
Prices and availability of products included on the Helada
Cristal Limited website are subject to change without prior
notice. All prices are quoted in sterling and are inclusive
of VAT.
Returns Policy
All the products in our range are selected for their quality,
performance and value for money. In the rare event that
they fail to live up to your expectations, providing they
are returned within 14 days from the date of despatch in
the same condition as when they were purchased, we will
offer a replacement, repair, credit note or refund.
You must contact us with your Customer Account Number and
Invoice Number (which will appear on the e-mail confirmation
and the receipt sent with your goods) and to apply for a
Returns Authorisation Number. You must include this number
when returning any goods. No returns will be accepted without
the returns authorisation number. This should be clearly
marked in the top left hand corner of the package.

Cancelling An Ordered Item
Under the United Kingdom's Consumer Protection (Distance
Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel
the contract for the purchase of any Item within seven working
days of receipt. If the Item is returned in the same condition
as when it was dispatched with none of the packaging unsealed
we will give a full refund. All cancellations will only
be deemed valid if notice is given in writing to info@heladacristal.com
and the Returns Policy is applied.
Out of Stock Items and Product Availability
We will endeavour to inform you within 48 hours if a product
that you are ordering is out of stock or unavailable when
you place your order. We cannot guarantee that any product
that is listed on the www.heladacristal.com
website is in stock at the point of ordering. We will not
charge or debit any payment for orders placed online until
goods are despatched, unless a deposit payment arrangement
has been agreed for goods awaiting delivery from our suppliers.
